I feel the Lord has blessed me with a great son and wonderful job. My dream is to marry my son’s father who I love dearly. We have been together 10 years off and on and I can honestly say our relationship is the only thing I don’t have figured out in my life. Another dream of mine is for him to be happy. I feel like he is still stuggling to find the right career. I know this has to be hurting him inside. He has a great job where he was promoted within just one month but it doesn’t pay what he would like, especially after having a college degree. He longs to get into a certain career field and never gets the call back even after his strong interviews.
While I have my career as a graphic designer started, I don’t make as much as I should. But the experience is awesome, and I have learned so much. And there is more I can say there, but I would love to get to a point in my career where my husband and I can be well financially so we can start a family. We desire to be parents. Our dream is to raise a family, but be able to provide for them as well. And that my husband finds what he wants to do in life for work as well. He is so unsure in that area, and I know it hurts him. He is just like me, wanting to be able to provide for a family. I trust in God that what He has started in me (graphic design), He will complete though! Thank you for the awesome encouragement! It sounds like you both have a good plan of action to pursue your dream. I would encourage you to continually bring your dream to the Lord asking Him if your plan of action is in line with His plan of action. Make sense?

That is one thing we all have to be reminded I think, especially me. To actually ask the Lord if what I desire is in line with His plans. I’m positive about graphic design for it is a gift naturally given to me. As well as encouragement. I always pray for guidance in all areas of my life. ^_^
