I can totally relate to what your saying. I have been consumed with thoughts of "only skinny is pretty" and all that jazz. I have made a total lifestyle change. I am obsessed with working out. B.c I know that if I work out 2/day that my numbers on the scale will be twice as low. Loosing weight is great for anyone who has to, but it can also quickly become an addiction. I hate the way I think about myself, I need God to be my thoughts. I need his strength and wisdom. Oh my gosh! I can totally relate to what your saying.
