Ali Smith

Ali Smith worked as a news anchor for English-speaking news networks in Asia for four years. People often tell her she is the most Asian-looking non-Asian they have ever met. Ali dreams of turning her cross-cultural broadcasting experience into an international ministry, bringing the Good News around the globe through her speaking and writing.

Favorite Books: The Divine Conspiracy, by Dallas Willard; Surprised by the Spirit, by Jack Deere, The Power of a Praying Woman, by Stormie Omartian.

Fun Fact: Ali has a clone! Her twin sister lives in Maine with her husband and little boy. They look different enough to tell them a part, but when they talk and laugh they sound freakishly alike.

Worst Habit: Ali is known for her extremely competitive spirit. This landed her in an ambulance after she attempted her first full marathon in 90-degree weather in the insanely humid climate of the Philippines. Oops. But this didn’t stop her from running another one the following year. “Bring it on!” will be her motto until her last breath.

Julianna Morlet

Julianna is a 20-something girl who spends her time either writing, singing, or talking. She is married to her very own music man and their love story is a mix between soap opera and fairytale. She loves breakfast food. Like, obsessed. Belgian waffles are her fave! She documents nearly everything in hopes to someday make a mark on this world. Video, camera, iPhone, coloring, you name it.

Favorite books: Redeeming Love and The Atonement Child by Francine Rivers, Cold Tangerine by Shauna Neiquist, and Feminine Appeal by Carolyn Mahaney.

Fun Fact: Julianna did horse vaulting for 3 years in high school. If you don’t know what it is, you’re not alone. Think, gymnastics on horses.

Worst Habit: Repeating her stories. Her husband can recite every childhood story back to her in perfect detail.
